How It Works

When will I be charged?

At checkout, you'll pay the first month's subscription fee and any delivery costs.

You next payment will be 1 month after the item is delivered to you and will continue to be taken monthly until you return the item. You can log in to your account at any time to view your billing schedule.

Why do I need to verify my ID?

We require ID verification to ensure a secure and trustworthy rental process. Verifying your identity helps prevent fraud and protects both our customers and our business. This process allows us to keep our service deposit-free, so you can rent high-quality items without upfront security deposits. Your information is kept safe and is only used for verification purposes.

What ID documents do you accept?

In order to rent with us you must provide a valid Emirates ID card.

How long can I keep each item?

You can keep each item for as long as you need. Once your baby outgrows an item, simply return it to us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

When to Initiate Your Return

Your subscription renews on the same day each month, with payment taken in advance for the next rental period. If you wish to cancel before your next payment, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 working days before your payment date.

How to Initiate a Return

To arrange a return, contact our team via hello@rentthenursery.ae at least 5 working days before your payment date, and we will schedule your collection.

You must make the items available for collection no later than 2 days after your payment date.

Packaging

If your item was delivered in its original packaging please retain this for returns. If you no longer have it you must inform us when making your return request. 

How do I take care of my item?

You can visit the product page of each item to find a PDF guide for assembly, use and care. If you need any further assistance just reach out to our team.

What happens if I damage or break my rental?

If an item is significantly damaged, lost, or becomes unusable, we may charge a repair or replacement fee depending on the severity of the damage. If something happens to your rental item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rentthenursery.ae so we can assist you.

How long does delivery take?

You can select your preferred delivery date up to 2 months in advance when adding your item to your cart. This allows you to reserve your rental ahead of time.

We follow a strict cleaning and maintenance process for every rental. Each item is thoroughly sanitized, inspected, and tested before being rented out again. We use baby-safe, non-toxic cleaning products and conduct routine quality checks to ensure all items meet safety standards.
