Booking Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before your item has been shipped

A AED 35 cancellation fee will apply to cover the processing and reservation costs. If you place another order with us, let us know at hello@rentthenursery.ae and we’ll deduct AED 35 from the new order.

If you cancel after your item has been shipped

You may cancel your order within 2 days of delivery and receive a refund minus AED 35, as well as the delivery and return costs, provided that:

• You notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.

• The item is made available for collection at a time allocated by us within 2 days of cancellation notification.

• The item is returned unused by you in the exact condition it was delivered in, with all original packaging intact.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Cancel your subscription anytime by following the steps below.

When to Initiate Your Return

Your subscription renews on the same day each month, with payment taken in advance for the next rental period. If you wish to cancel before your next payment, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 working days before your payment date.

How to Initiate a Return

To arrange a return, contact our team via hello@rentthenursery.ae at least 5 working days before your payment date, and we will schedule your collection.

You must make the items available for collection no later than 2 days after your payment date.

If you’ve already been charged but return your item within 2 days of the payment date, we will refund your payment. If the item is returned after 2 days, no refund will be issued for that month's subscription.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you. If eligible any due refund will be processed.

Packaging

Please retain the original packaging for returns. If you no longer have it you must inform us when making your return request.
